End your practice with a delicious meditation, immersing yourself with the natural sounds and soothing atmosphere of the seaside.
Provides an opportunity to connect deeply with oneself and the natural world, promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and inner peace amidst the tranquil backdrop of the ocean.
Allowing sound to transport you back to self. Followed by card pulling and open discussion on relative topics of that full moon.

Community Commentary
Cristal is the best yoga instructor in town, hands down! She is so kind and patient. Her voice is so soothing! She makes you feel welcomed and empowered, bringing that safe space that you can do anything you set your mind to. The experience is great physically and mentally, I will always be incorporating her classes throughout my journey.
